‘Whatever circles comes from the center…’ Rumi
Through repetition of threaded lines, words and perforations these units are transformed into a dynamic communicative symbol, a vehicle of identity at a theoretical level. The labour intensive method of construction becomes an ontological process creating somatic metaphors. They reflect in their simplicity, a relevant validity. One is led to view the spatial pauses between the individual lines to experience the interval within which everything occurs. There is a complex order in the simple network.
